He may be a little bit mechanical and not so quick, but Alexei Savrasenko has been steadily progressing into one of the best defensive centers in Europe. At Piraeus he was known as Amanatidis – the name he received after becoming a Greek citizen at a very young age. “When Greek meets Greek then comes the tug of war“.
