 Juan Carlos Navarro

Career: F.C. Barcelona (Spain-ACB, 1997-2007). Selected in the second round of the 2002 NBA draft (#40), by the Washington Wizards.

Navarro has become the top star of European powerhouse Winterthur F.C. Barcelona, where he has played as a pro since 1997. As a player, Navarro is a super scorer, his weak and innocent first look hiding a killer instinct and loads of talent - all oriented to scoring. The 27-year-old is a superb long range shooter, nailing threes from anywhere and in any situation. He is also lightening quick, with great ball handling abilities which allows him to put the ball on the floor to drive and score one of his “Bombas”, a very particular floating lay-up that has given him the nickname of “La Bomba” (the bomb). He is also a leader and a go-to-guy for Spain in the clutch.
