Tony Parker will rejoin the France squad at their training base in Strasbourg on Wednesday, according to Les Bleus' sporting director Patrick Beesley.
The San Antonio Spurs guard has spent the past week in the United States as he continues his rehabilitation from an ankle injury sustained in practice with France a fortnight ago.
He returned to the US at the request of the Spurs, who were keen to oversee his recovery from injury.
But Beesley claims Parker will be back with his national-team squad on Wednesday, two days prior to the start of a EuroBasket warm-up tournament in Strasbourg that will involve France, Serbia, Greece and Slovenia.
"We have arranged it with Tony, who we have had directly on the telephone, and for us, there is no doubt (he will return on Wednesday)," said Beesley.
On the prospect of Parker playing a part in the Strasbourg tournament, Beesley added in L'Equipe: "We will carry out a medical assessment and in collaboration with the Spurs, he will evaluate his process of reintegration."
France play Serbia on Friday night, and then take on Greece and Slovenia on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Parker's injury meant he missed Les Bleus' recent friendly wins over Switzerland and Belgium.
