Career: Sparta Prague (Czech Republic-NBL, 1996-2005), BK Prostejov (Czech Republic-NBL, 2005-07), BK Decin (Czech Republic-NBL, 2007) Milos is an excellent three-point shooter, who has been destroying Czech league records for the past decade. Four years ago, he made sixteen 3-point shots in one game! His personal-high is 49 points (in 2004) but Milos is not just a scorer. He can read the defense well and unlike many shooters, he is unselfish. His name came up before the 2001 NBA Draft but in the end he was not selected. He was named the Czech NBL MVP and the Most Improved Player in 2003 and was voted to the Czech All Star Game every year between 2000 and 2005. In 2005 he played for the Detroit Pistons’ summer league team and at the time it seemed that he would secure a job somewhere in Greece or Italy. But his form dropped and he has spent the last two years struggling at Prostejov and Decin. Could this scoring volcano erupt again at EuroBasket 2007? |
