UNICS Kazan have lost one of the star players from their FIBA Europe League title winning side with Estonian international Martin Muursepp leaving for CSKA Moscow.
The forward has put pen to paper on a one-year deal at CSKA, the Russian champions.
The 2.05m star averaged 12.5 points and 5.4 rebounds a game in the FIBA Europe League this season.
He saved his best for last, though, pouring in a season-high 22 points and earning MVP honours in the final against Maroussi, a game UNICS won 87-63.
CSKA executive director Sergei Kuschenko said on the club's official website: "We have made a lot of effort to sign the player as several leading European clubs were interested in him."
