Ulkerspor remain confident about their chances of winning the Turkish title despite star player Ibrahim Kutluay's hand injury.
Xrays have shown that the Turkey international broke the ring finger on his left hand, but the player intends to take part in the final showdown with Efes Pilsen.
Ulker already appear to be without Hakan Yildirim, who is suffering from an illness.
"Ibrahim is willing to sacrifice himself and wants to play in the finals," said Lutfi Aribogan, Ulker's general director.
"We will bandage his finger accordingly and we want him to play. We are not sure about how well he can perform right now. His team-mates are capable of covering his absence, and that of Haluk Yildirim as well.
"Our biggest goal is to get our fourth championship."
Efes Pilsen won both of the regular season meetings between the sides this year, 82-72 and 94-72.
Efes Pilsen also triumphed over Ulker in the Turkish Cup 86-74 and in the Turkish Cup 68-66.
This is the seventh time that Efes Pilsen and Ulker have met in the finals.
