Sergio Rodriguez has enjoyed many a fine moment in his career and he is still only 19 years old.
As a junior player, Rodriguez earned most valuable player honours after leading Spain to the U18 European title and for the past two seasons, he has been an integral part of Estudiantes' success in the ACB.
Now he is in the world spotlight.
Rodriguez came off the bench in Friday's FIBA World Championship semi-final and helped his team beat Argentina, 75-74.
The outcome has put the country into the final of the tournament for the first time in their history.
Rodriguez, who had 14 points on five of six shooting including three of three from the arc, said: "I can only say I feel extremely happy.
"This is the biggest event in my career. We feel a lot of support from Spain. Everyone is really supporting us. We'll try to get the win for them."
