PLAYER PROFILE

Career: Partizan Belgrade (Serbia-Montenegro-Junior team, 1999-2000), Krka Novo Mesto (Slovenia, 2000-03), Telekom Baskets Bonn (Germany, 2003-04), Gravelines (France-Pro A, 2004), Panellinos (Greece-ESAKE, 2004-05), Reggio Calabria (Italy-Lega, 2005-…).

Quick point guard, good athlete for European standards. Very good shooter who has improved each year. Played with Partizan Belgrade in the juniors. Moved to Krka Novo Mesto, in Slovenia, in 2000, and remained there for three years. Exploded in his third season with Krka, which was his best one to date stats wise: 13.1 pts, 3.9 as and 1.5 steals in the Slovenian League. Also won a league title in 2003. Capin was named to the Slovenian League All-Star game in 2003. In the ULEB Cup, he contributed 13.3 points, 3.2 assists and 1.2 steals as his squad reached the finals. Joined the German outfit Telekom Baskets Bonn in 2003 and posted a solid 13,1 points and 3,5 assists in 2003-04. Cut from Gravelines last season, where he didn’t show much (6.1 ppg), he responded well with Panellinos, in Greece (11.8 ppg). Has both Slovenian and Bosnian citizenship
