Dejan Milojevic

Career: KK Beovuk (Yugoslavia -YUBA, 1995-96), FMP Zeleznik (Yugoslavia-YUBA,1998-2000), Buducnost Podgorica (Serbia-Montenegro-YUBA, 2000-04 ), Partizan Belgrade (Serbia-Montenegro-YUBA, 2004- )

Any coach would like to have this guy cause he’s a sure bet. For the last five years he has dominated every league he has played in. One of the best in the Euroleague, Adriatic league MVP and four-time YUBA MVP. Only 2 meters tall but a real nightmare for all opponents. On defense, he uses his strength to stop his rivals, and when he adds his quickness he is unmatchable in offense. Excellent in pivot play, he has a great sense for positioning and timing under the basket. These are the reasons he got the nickname “Serbian Charles Barkley”. But when it comes to playing for the national team, he has been unlucky. He got injured during the preparation period for Indianapolis 2002 and Sweden 2003. His only weakness is free throw shooting but he managed to keep it above 80 percent. Zeljko Obradovic has said on several occasions that he is seriously counting on Milojevic.
